Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on your location and the service selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping (Australia Post Parcel Post)
- Same state: 2–4 business days
- Interstate: 3–6 business days
Express Shipping (Australia Post Express Post)
- Same state: 1–2+ business days
- Interstate: 1–3+ business days
Express Post may offer next business day delivery within eligible postcode networks.

Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of Australia Post.
Puff Off is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Lost or missing parcels once marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
